4 - The top floor is First Glance's current location.

1- Represents the basement of the facility next door

PHASE 1 = $450,000

Financial contributions needed for the initial phase of our expansion plan will allow First  Glance to purchase a three-story facility on Kenmore Blvd. connected to the facility we  currently rent.  This acquisition is crucial to our on-going growth and success. 

 

  Improvements covered by these funds will include:

    • Renovations to the basement level (#1) designated & designed for our Teen Moms program.

    • Renovations to a portion of the first floor (#2) to be used for offices.

    • Renovations to the second floor (#3) for the purpose of increasing recreational space by placing     

      a doorway between the top floors of the two facilities.  

    • Furnishings for the above-mentioned areas. 


PHASE 2 = $450,000

Contributions designated for our second phase will enable us to purchase the facility we

currently operate out of.  Owning both facilities will provide First Glance with a total of

25,000 square feet of space to do ministry in. 


  Additionally, the funds will cover the costs of the following objectives of this phase:

    • The purchase of our current facility allowing us the use of the first floor. 

    • The design and installation of a skate park in the first floor (#5).

    • Structural renovations needed to create space for a gym (#4).

    • Furnishings for the entire facility.
